Check Before You Accept
All orders are Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier only at the moment the parcel is handed to you.
If you change your mind for any reason, simply do not accept the parcel. You pay nothing, there is no charge to you, and the parcel returns to us. This is the point at which to decide.
No Returns After Delivery
Once you have accepted the parcel and paid the courier, the sale is final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds after delivery.
Why We Work This Way
Fragrance is a personal-care product. For hygiene, safety and authenticity reasons, we cannot resell any bottle that has left our control — and we will never send a customer a product that someone else has handled. Keeping this rule strict is how we guarantee that every parcel you receive from Perfume Cave is sealed, untouched and exactly as it left us.
Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp at 0330-8286111 or email perfumecavesupport@gmail.com with your order number and we will cancel it immediately.
