By accessing or placing an order through Perfume Cave ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. Perfume Cave reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The price shown on the product page is the final price you pay — there are no additional taxes, delivery charges or hidden fees at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

3. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, Easypaisa, and JazzCash. For COD orders, payment is due to the courier at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping

We offer free delivery across Pakistan. We do not currently ship internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Perfume Cave is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

All orders are Cash on Delivery. If you do not wish to keep your order, you may refuse the parcel at the time of delivery at no cost to you. Once the parcel has been accepted and paid for, the sale is final and no returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted. Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch. 6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or cancel the order at no cost to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Perfume Cave website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Perfume Cave and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Fragrance & Skin Sensitivity

Our products are concentrated fragrances intended for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and away from direct sunlight and heat. Perfume Cave is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities — please review the product information carefully before purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

Perfume Cave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

Perfume Cave reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
