Where We Deliver

Perfume Cave currently delivers within Pakistan only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Charges

Delivery is free on all orders across Pakistan. There are no taxes, handling fees, hidden charges or minimum order values. The price shown on the product page is the exact amount you pay.

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days nationwide from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are an estimate provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Order Confirmation

Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. If we are unable to reach you, dispatch may be delayed.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also contact us on WhatsApp at 0330-8286111 for an update on your order at any time.

Payment on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery. We also accept Easypaisa and JazzCash.

If You Change Your Mind

You may refuse the parcel at the time of delivery at no cost to you, or cancel your order free of charge at any time before dispatch. Once a parcel has been accepted and paid for, the sale is final. Please see our Return & Refund Policy.

Delays

Perfume Cave is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us on WhatsApp and we will follow it up with the courier on your behalf.
